The coat I made for the BurdaStyle book.
I was so excited to participate with this! I got sent this gorgeous, soft green wool and had one week to sew up the coat before sending it to New York.
Modifications:
- I lengthened the bodice
- Lengthened the sleeves
- Changed the skirt to a half circle skirt
- More buttonholes ( I think triangular bound buttonholes are easier to do than regular bound ones….)
- Topstitching on all bodice seams
I wrote a bit about on my blog: Jodi Made
