This is a spring dress I made from McCall’s 9037, a wrap dress pattern from 1984 inspired by Joan Collins in “Dynasty.” (It was part of the McCall’s “Dynasty” collection designed by Nolan Miller.)
Everything that could be gathered IS gathered: the bodice, the shoulders, the cap sleeves, the waist, the cuffs, and the skirt. This is the secret to Eighties style, it seems!

It’s a lot of fun!
I made this out of a vintage Eighties Ralph Lauren flat sheet! 100% cotton.
