Description

JJ bodice pattern combined with sleeves from the Patrones blouse.
I pleated the central front pieces – added 4 pleats on each side, and I pleated the sleeves. The sleeve pleats end just above the elbows. The blouse turned out a bit snug in shoulders – the bodice-sleeves combination wasn’t as successful as I hoped it would be. However, I like the blouse very much.
An interesting detail is that this blouse was on its way of becoming an UFO – I started sewing it back in March, and stopped after noticing a minor problem with the collar. Yes, it was a minor problem, but it required unpicking a lot of seams, and I wasn’t in a mood that! Finally, the lousy weather in Europe (it has been under 10C over here!) moved me to finish the blouse and wear it! Yay!

This fabric colour suits you perfect. I never can wear such intensive colours myself , without looking pale. Your blouse is well-made, as always. :-)

Love the fabric color and drape. Your clothing is always impeccable, fits perfectly and always pressed to perfection! Love your blouse, it really looks very expensive.

Congrats on finishing! I really like the sleeve pleating, and of course, you always choose a color that looks great against your skin.
