I printed out this pattern which was so much easier than tracing then folding and putting it back.

I used the front of peplum C to the back but looking at it now, I would have just made the peplum longer and made it a bit longer or rounder to exaggerate the peplum
I also used E6 glue which you can get around $6 and it is SUPER strong and holds anything together. I started sewing the jewels on but the glue was a million times easier
super cheap double knit fabric that stretches. If you will use a stretchy fabric, no need for a zipper because the v neck is wide
