I wanted a blouse that would show off my silk, and had long full sleeves. This blouse pattern has raglan sleeves, a neck tie cut on the bias (I cut mine on the straight grain), hidden button closure and lots of room for the silk to shine. The finished project got worn once, and then I fiddled with the"neck binding details":http://wp.me/p10rnC-168/ to make it sit better.
