Description

I made this costume for my daughter. She likes her Halloween costumes to be authenic. I couldn’t find the pattern so I made the dress without one. I did use the bottom of a dress pattern for the skirl but traced a strapless bra for the top. It took about 5 mock-ups to get it right. I used a polyester “sequine” fabric and lined the top sandwhiching a strapless bra (with back cut off) between the layers. I used two clear elastic straps on the back and top. It turned out great and she loved it.
