This was my third project on my new (refurbished) sewing machine. I am just learning how to sew and I love it. I had some knit so I decided to make this dress for my twin daughters who are 2 years old. They are tall for their age, so I did the 3T length. But I see this easily paired with pants now or in the future when they get taller. I made a second one in plum but don’t have any images of that yet. I decided to do the basic style and add a ruffle to the neckline. I did a pinch pleat (is that what it is called?) in the center of the neck hem because the neck hole was too large for my girls. I will pull it out as they grow. A very simple dress to throw together and you can use remnants if you have little ones.
