Do you get puckering on all the seams, or just on your finished edges? I find puckering usually happens when I stretch the fabric too much, either on my serger or regular machine. I actually started finishing my arm, neckline,and hem edges with fabric bands, rather than using a double needle, to avoid the dreaded pucker!
