Because I’m looking to lose weight, I’ve been looking in to all kinds of dresses that can change sizes with me. This was my first attempt to that end; a maternity dress pattern from the 1940s (Simplicity #1954, from 1947. The sash is what makes it adjustible, and it’s very comfy! Though, I didn’t quite get the fit across the shoulders right, and it ripples at the waist where the sash pulls at it, so it isn’t the most flattering dress. I do enjoy wearing it around the house though. :)
