I once found the description on the german burdastyle webpage, but couldn´t find it again. It has to be in the magazin burda easy F/S 2011.
It was really easy: Cut stripes out of old jeans and saw them into two big rectangles. Then saw the two rectangles together and put on the top an elastic band. To create a nice waistline put on the back a button stay from a jeans and a button, thats about it.
