I made these jean shorts for my daughter using My Pattern Designer and the add-on The Jeans Machine. The program is for women, and I mainly made these for her just for fun, but the fit for a child turned out really great.
Material Notes
10 oz stretch denim. I like the stretch denim because it was easy to ease the waistband a bit, but I had to be careful not to have waves on hems. YLI jeans stitch thread for the topstitching with a double needle. The pocket lining is a woven hawaiian print.
