Burda Style For people who sew

i made jalie #2908 for my daughter. the jalie patterns come in kid through adult sizing in each pattern (27 sizes in all, i think) so i decided to experiment with jeans making on my daughter before eventually trying some in my size. i used a green stretch cotton twill with lycra but did all the topstitching and detailing of “real” jeans. i narrowed the legs for a skinny jean look (pattern is for a flare leg) per my daughter’s request. she loves them and they’re a great fit!
