This is the cutest and easiest pattern ever! I had never made baby clothes but I might just be hooked now! I think I am going to make it in another fabric too since it was so easy. My only changes were I used velcro attachments on the straps instead of snaps or buttons and then I attached flowers on top to add a little cute. I only did this because I wanted pink snaps to match my lining, but didn’t want to by 20 and I happened to have velcro lying around. I didn’t do the lace on the bottom just 3 more flowers on the bottom. I like the simplicity and I’m pretty sure the friend I am making it for will like it too! She really isn’t a lace kind of girl. Other than that no problems or changes. It was great!
I also made another very basic one! This one is even more basic just a butterfly print with navy blue cotton as a lining. No lace no frills just velcro! Still super easy!
A purple cotton for the outside and a basic hot pink lining for the inside both machine washable and easy to take care of. A red, blue, and brown butterfly print on white background with a navy blue lining. Both are cotton and totally machine washable.
