A tartan dress with false pockets, for my one and a half year old. The pattern is from a japanese book. This dress was really easy to make and I love the result. The skirt part was cut on the bias and the stripes match in the back as well as on the sides of the upper part. I like how the golden buttons complement the rather dull color of the fabric. I’m also proud of my french seams that make this dress look as good on the inside as on the outside (last picture).
