This blouse was originally a maxi skirt which i spotted in a clearance sale . It was reduced from forty five to five pounds. I took a gamble by hoping i could transform it into a top . I just fell in love with the fabric print . It has everything i love – birds ,butterflies , cool tones , and a japanese style .
Im proud to say it turned out how i pictured it in my head . I used the ruffle edge to make the sleeves and the waist band is now round the neck line .
silky fabric
