Pure silk from recycled vintage kimono in front and silk canvas on back. Very comfy for sewing stamped japanese fabric. It is a pity the kimono fabric is only 35-37 cm wide. I wish I had more of it so that I could sew a dress…..
Anyway this is a perfect summer shirt for hot sunny days. I have changed the pattern adding the tucks at arm-holes (they were too wide and open) and avoiding the back seam (there is no need). The seam is added in front instead because of fabric’s width. No lining inside.
