Description

This is my first Burdastyle creation! I’m very excited about it, being that I’m a total novice! I did have some trouble with the waistband though I managed to get there in the end bar a few tantrums. Hope you like it!

    Very well done pants! You have inspired me to try the Janina….though I have a hard time fitting pants properly.

    I have made 3 pants so far from this pattern. It is my favorite and very comfortable to wear. I didn’t have any trouble with the waistband that I can remember.

    Thanks! I’m so glad you like them. With the waistband, I cut and measured the pattern exactly and I found the waistband too short to fit around as it was supposed to i.e the match points weren’t matching. I couldn’t work out what I had done wrong exactly so I just cut them again with a little extra to make them go round. I’ve also just finised the Tonia shorts. Will post them up soon.

    They look great! I’m definitely keen to make janina now. What frustrations did you have with the waistband? – I’m also a total novice.
