I made two of these jackets for my sons from lycra so they could wear them swimming. The long sleeves and hoods help protect them from the Aussie sun. I used three colours of lycra to add interest and make each jacket different from the other. These were fantastic on our recent beach holiday.

These are great shirts Meggipeg and you are a wonderful Mum to ensure your boys are so well cared for. I am a member of a group called ‘Melanoma Patients Australia’ and we would all applaud you. Sun protection is so important plus the boys look very trendy as well.
