Last year I really wanted a pair of brocade pants, but as usual didn’t want to pay the price :) so, when I saw this jacquard fabric on sale at Joann fabrics I thought it was perfect for my project, however, it was not. I was so excited about it that I didn’t take into consideration that it had no stretch at all and for this kind of pants I wanted it pretty fitted and slim. It turned out ok, but it’s not the most comfortable pants. I used an old McCall’s pattern 8725 view C with the following alterations:
- I added 2" to the length
- I eliminated the waistband
