i thought id make a light weight jacket for autumn,, ottobre pattern quite time consuming, loys bits too it, this was my mock up but took ages , and am really happy with it, lulu modeling it with no trousers on as its 35 here today so imagining the cool weather,, come on winter we need you
ps we live in australia so our summer is almost over
i would like this jacket in my size i think its great
5 different left over bits of fabric from other projects ,, only cos i never really looked at fabric amounts so sleeves are different from body etc etc

Really very cute. I made my daughter a patchwork jacket when she was 8. Save it. My daughter still has it and she is 41 now. The one you made may be small enough to place in a shadowbox frame with a background collage composed of all the photos you’ve taken of her in the clothes you make her over the years. It would be a cherished 30th birthday gift.
