Description

I made this for my dad for Christmas and he wears it to church. I also entered it in the Los Angeles County Fair and won second place!

    I’m with Ralf on this one, I wish I could make a jacket as nice as this. I would wear it every day :) Really nicely done, and I like that you gave it a green lining too :)

    wow! look at your handsome dad! he (AND THE Jacket!) both look great! well done! how did you like the pattern of this jacket?? i allways wanted to do it as well, but could not really “find me way” into it so far! great inspiration to start it now!

      Thank you for the very nice compliments! (I’ll tell my dad). I found the pattern very difficult, but then again, I’d never done menswear before or an “expert” pattern so it probably wasn’t a wise choice on my part. But if you have experience with lapels and pockets, I say go for it. It did turn out better than I could have hoped!
