I picked up this fabric from an OpShop. It looks and feels like wool, so i’m happy to believe it is. It was begging to be turned into a jacket for my stepdaughter. I used Project Runway Patter Simplicity 2876. No alterations to the pattern. It’s a beautiful fit. Miss Charlotte chose the buttons.
OpShop find.. looks like wool, feels like wool.. I think it's wool! Polyester lining.

Awww. She is going to be one happy camper. I have this pattern and have been contemplating for the longest. Mainly because I didn’t want to be working with thick heavy stuff in the summer. But I’m on it now…Thanks for the push! Beautiful coat.
