My favorite time of year is when all the trees start to bloom in Spring. I waned to create a dress that would be perfect with the delicate whites and pinks of the cherry blossom and magnolia.
I drafted the pattern based on a feel for the 1940s but I wanted the drama of a long gown. Mostly hand sewn and using vintage techniques, all French seams inside. For more pictures visit my blog:
