Description

I liked this model has long sought a thin and “Summer” Walk Loden. Luckily for me, was my favorite store with an incredible amount of Walk Loden the best there is (brand Giesswein) supplies. Until then, I did not even know that produces the best Giesswein Walk Loden. Walk Loden fabric is very easy and pleasant in the process. German is very dear to carry the stuff in the fall. It is made of 100% wool. Walk Loden is usually not washed, only aired. It does not lose the form and sets perfectly into the curves and in the armhole. Walk Loden is available in two types: woven or knitted. For the summer is typically used quality knitwear, woven basic reason for the fall. The edges are not usually attracts over, but very clean cut and stitched at intervals of 2-5 mm with decorative stitches, or sometimes, simply open out to the outside edges. The store was an awful lot of choice of colors and thickness or weight. I tortured myself for half an hour to pick out the color. I opted for this color, which requires a lot of courage :-)

Material Notes

walk loden, 100% wool

Lovely colour Apfelblüte! Well done, you look so pretty and chic with your jacket. Next time I visit Germany I will definitely buy some Loden fabrick. They are way cool – light but snugly warm. BTW I have a MAC lipstick in same hue. I ❤ the colour!

I love this, it is exceptionally beautiful, I love the color and it is quite creative. I moved to New York so I am missing the wool sales in Germany..loll, how there is this one store that always has sales on fabrics. Your design has inspired me and if I make a jacket inspired by this I will make sure to let you know. This is inspiring… :-)

The pattern looks like the “Bolero Liverpool” from german pattern company Schittquelle.de They have a lot of easy patterns for Walkloden (thick fleece will work too). I realy want to make one of their jackets, “Jacke Wien” or “Jacke Vaduz”. I just can’t make up my mind.

      no:-)
      the pattern is of schnittquelle.de.
the jacket named “Bolero Liverpool”, but in this company are all sleeves too narrow .
I made the sleeves bigger, because I had to adjust the pattern.
