I had thought about making this skirt for ages, now that the high waisted skirts are back in fashion I decided to give it a go. The skirt and top are from the Burda Style magazine issue 4/2012, skirt pattern number 118B and the little top (so simple to make) is 126C. Very happy with the out come. The fabric for the skirt I purchased on line about 8 months ago along with 2 other pieces; the top fabric caught my eye in my local fabric shop and was as cheep as chips !! I have fully line the skirt as I think this helps in avoiding the fabric from creasing to much!. Not bad for an outfit under £20.!!!
