Description
Three of my friends made a birthday party and I wanted a funny present. So I sewed them MC Hammer pants (because they once said they’re funny). I made the pattern myself watching the Can’t touch this-video over and over again :D It was really fun and I think they had fun, too ;) We also had a screen and showed the MC Hammer video so they knew how to dance ;)

I searched the internet for the pattern or just a How-To (because I was absolutely convinced that I’m not the first person to do this) and I found all those pics ;) In the end I had to do the pattern myself, but I would have loved to own the Simplicity pattern (because of the autograph of course).

OMG! These are so awesome! The very first things I EVER Sewed was a pair of these when I was in the 5th grade…Uh YES, that was when Hammer was tha BOMB the First time around….My mom even bought the pattern for me. I wore my handmade creation to school and thought I was tha Coolest chik around, LOL but all of my friends thought I was the biggest dork ever… HA, well guess what!They all think I’m Rockin out cool (x10) when I wear my one of a kind custom creations, and shower them in handmade gifts. Not to mention they are jealous of my Mad Crazy Creative superbad sewing Skillz (Thank you Very much Hammer Pants, you started it all!) …. Who knew the “Hammer” pants carried such a Legacy? Good times, Good Times!
