I fell in love with this coat the first time I saw it in Vogue, and I had to have my own version! I found the perfect economically sound upholstery fabric, and then got discouraged at the price of the spotted lynx that I really really wanted for the collar and cuffs. Enter recycled fur! Yay!
I’m still not finished the coat – it lacks fastenings – but I’ve worn it several times and thoroughly enjoy putting it on and wearing it. The best part is the cuffs. I love fur cuffs!
A lot of time and work went into this project. Check out the construction posts! Thanks for reading!
