One night, when I couldn´t sleep I had the idea to make this skirt; so I switched the light on, made a drawing and the next day I started sewing. I made it out of a few length and on some length I sewed the seams insideout, I like it when you can see that it´s selfmade, I think if it looks like the things in the deparment stores, you can go and buy them, you don´t have to sew them!
Its reminded a bit of an onion… as I tried to tell you with my drawing.

This is really cute! I also like to have the seams/seam allowances showing on the outside of the garment—I did that for one of my skirts as well.
