Description

I remember that I liked the front relief lines of this model and that it is double-breasted. And I was thinking over the pattern for a red coat. Red is perfect colour but when you wear it all the time, you can become tired of it. So the ready item has to satisfy you for 100% especically if you’re going to wear it several seasons. This way the idea was born: I changed the edge line, added a small round collar and cuffs of fake fur ( I was lucky enough to find a hat to match the cuffs ). I like my coat, it is warm and nice.

It’s not much saved from a “mother”-pattern but anyway the base was taken from Burda magazine 10/2006 # 111A.

Material Notes

It is made of thick woolen cloth, has both viscose lining and warming.
