I finally had a chance to take pictures of one of my projects. I made this one a few months ago.
It was supposed to be a test version, but it turned out really well, so I’m wearing it all the time.
The fabric is a jersey mix with some wool content and the pattern is from a burda magazine (minus the cutout in the back). The dress has darts in the back and there is fusible interfacing in the neckline and armholes, so it won’t stretch inappropriately much. I’m happy everything worked out so well because I’m not very experienced in sewing with stretchy fabrics.
Flirty dresses, a cropped cami, and glam trousers for modern flappers.
