Ruffled Jacket from January 2012 Burda Style issue worn with a pullover 121 from Burda Style September 2010. The edges of ruffles are frayed beautifully. I abolished the suggested belt and added an invisible snap fastener instead. more on SEWING AND STYLE DEN

you must be a subscriber? I used to have a subscription and it took over 6 weeks after the issue went on sale to receive the copy (((( Luckily they started stocking Burda Style in a large bookstore nearby! What a difference to be holding an issue on a day it arrived to the shop!

and BTW if you google the issue number and dowload- you are very likely to come accross a scanned copy. Even though it might be in Russian LOL

It really doesn’t matter if the latest issue is a bit late because we are on opposite seasons anyway. We are right in the middle of summer now, so my May, June and July issues of 2011 are the most useful at the moment. But I will google the issue number and enjoy the photos and not the Russian lol!!

definitely worth trying. I found the sleeves too loose though, if I was to make it again, I would have taken a sleeve from a different pattern
