Ute blouse from burdastyle.com made up in cotton voile. Used a dense interfacing for the collar and sleeves to give an illusion effect. Unlike others, I didn’t have fitting issues and I quite like the wide neck. My broader shoulders might make this work, though.

Not sure that their website is go great, unfortunately. But any sheer cotton or cotton/silk blend would work here I think.
Though I just had a look at your profile and noticed that you’re in Kensington – if that’s Victoria Kensington, the store in in Heidelberg. They don’t have consistent fabric lines there, but sometimes have some wonderful stuff and really are very cheap!
