Always loved handkerchief skirt hem, loved high and boned waistline, loved a touch of Gothic flare, loved flowy yet hard silhouette. Had some suede fabric and cotton prints on hand, and used some black organza for the floating-illusion effect that I always wanted to experiment on. Zipper at the back for closure.
100% polyester suede in black, 1.5yrd
Cotton print, 1.5yrd
