This is the first dress I had to make as part of my Ice Queen collection for Juniors made for Apparel Production. I designed 10 dresses and had to make 3 of them. Because I had so much work to do, my teacher thought I should do some easy dresses for the sewing portion, and she chose this one; one of the more complicated dresses to make. The fight with making that cummerbund was of epic proportions, yet of all the dresses I made, I think this one had the best fit.
It is made from a wool/cashmere suiting, polyester peachskin, and crinkle chiffon.
