I found this skirt at a flea market. I liked the material and it cost me close to nothing but unfortunately it didn’t look good on me, so I decided (after about two years just having it around) to alter it into a top.
I shortened it (cut off some fabric from the upper part which I used later to make the neckholder), put in a zipper and took it in a bit at the sides. And in front I gave some shape for the decolleté. I quite like how it came out.
