  Handmade buttonholes? Man you are crafty!! I wish there were fabrics like this one here in Chile, it is absolutely gorgeous.

    handmade buttonholes take a lot of time but they are much nicer than by machine ( after endless houres of practicing )
    The Netherlands are a kind of fabric heaven :-) this waistcoat kosted less than 15 euro’s

    I am not kidding about the fabric, on the market you often pay a quarter of the price than in a store. And sometine they realy don’t know what they are selling. Good for the people like us :-))

    I’m going to Southeast Asia next month, people say they have great fabrics there. I can’t wait to get my hands on some Thai silk!

    oh I get jealous, would like to buy some awesome silk, too. Is there a littel place left in your suitcase for me :-))) enjoy it and I am curious about what you will make out of the silk!

  Beautifully made. I loved your attention on the details of waistcoat. I’ve been planning to do a waistcoat and a skirt ensemble, got all the notions sorted out. Now :-) I am admiring your waistcoat… Well done!

  Looks very well made! I love vests too but havent got any. In the stores are boring and i havent found any good patterns too. Brown colour is lovely!
