A simple pencil skirt made using Ikea home decorating fabric, fully lined in pink and finished with bias binding.
I like how the thickness of the fabric keeps the skirt in shape and the simple design sets off the large print. I seem to be obsessed with heart prints at the moment!
Edit: I forgot to mention that this was my first ever hand-picked zipper and I love it! So much easier than machine sewn zippers.
Take a trip down the aisle in these gorgeous gowns, or change the fabrics for a spring party dress.
