The Cate dress.
I didnt seem to have as many problems as everyone else has, but then i tend to read the instructions once to get the general idea and then never look at them again. I had a little trouble attaching the skirt at the front but turned out ok after unpicking the seam a couple of times. I also forgot to add the tab at the front so i hand stiched it on afterwards which isnt the nicest look from the inside but it’ll do. It looked a little small as i was making it and was worried i’d made it too small as most of my dresses end up (i have the idea in my head i’m a size 8 :/) but all turned out ok in the end :)
I dont usually wear gathered clothing but i thought i’d try it for a change, but i added a belt in the end to bring it in a bit.The bottom is a little boring to me so i’m going to add a lace insert and then upload a couple more pictures.
Blue cotton Yellowish lace (i thought it was creme in the shop :( )

veru cute and lovely colours! you could add a scalloped edge at the bottom, too. I think it would look cute.
