Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This dress has pin tucks along the front. The skirt is made of three layers, two of chiffon, and one of cotton. The neck as a thick binding on it. I didnt use a pattern.

All I actually did for the pintuck was sew them a little on the bias and not iron them! Its super easy.
