There are two types of off the shoulder shirts.
*the first one is a one sided where you cut off the collar to one shoulder.
*the second one is where you get the shirt and lay it down flat get chalk and make a line below the collar straight across to the shoulders.
Step by step for both
THE ONE SIDED SHOULDER SHIRT;
lay the shirt flat and however far down you want to go make an even angled line from collar to shoulder.
then snip away but be even about it! take you time cutting cause if you do it quick it will be jagged.
