Description

Sewn from HP 1027 This is a pattern I bougt a while ago and whipped out after I figured out how to quilt the damned pleather. It was great once I realized I needed stabilizer on top. I used sulky. I backed the pleather with flannel to give it some heft. I think it worked well. This is lined with quilting cotton. I did the lining all weird. This is definitely more of a practice thing but I hope to get better. I’ll still use it because I love it. I am most proud of the zipper opening. I love working with pleather now that I figured out it needs a stabilizer of some sort no matter what.

The third photo is the bag layed out and the fourth is of a swatch I did of quilted pleather.
