Note: There are 2 ways to do the ties- pick your favorite.
1. Fold the end of each tie under and stitch in place.
2. Fold the tie like a bias strip (both ends meet in the middle, then fold in half), and topstitch the edges meeting up with the stitching on the neckline.
OR
2. Pin the edges of each tie right sides together, stitch in place very close to the edge, flip it inside out through the opening closest to the dress. Topstitch along the edge and meet up with the stitching on the neckline.
