Description

Must say I am very proud about making this dress. It turned out very nice, first time working with lace and first time boning a bodice. Great pattern fit as well.

It’s really pretty, you should be proud! It’s so delicate, perfect for a honeymoon. I made this dress for my friend last year when she was going on a wedding, also with lace but with a short skirt. She was cute as a button, I must take some pictures of her :)

beautiful version in a beautiful color. i agree i love your treatment of the back better than Burda’s open back version.

yeah, I think the open back is not so practical to wear. and lace is just beautiful on it’s own on the back :)

I like very much the A line skirt and the closed back, this way the dress looks more ladylike and less girly. I like the color too and the dress is just wonderful!
