and in lack of skill, I did many things differently than I’d originally planned.:)
first piping ever, and I love it, I can already tell all my future projects will be overly-piped. eh…

I didn’t follow a pattern, I sketched the upper part the way I thought should work, and the skirt is just two gathered rectangles.
for the collar it took a couple of tries before I got it right.:)
