Watford, United ...
I don’t wear trousers often.
Most of my jeans have not been worn in the last year. These were a pair I have owned for maybe 6/7 years. I’ve worn them for all sorts- including ice climbing which resulted in a hole in the leg. They were super long and dragged on the floor.
The sun has hit and I thought I’d make some shorts instead of buying some. I hacked off the bottoms then debated whether to have a clean turn up edge, a frayed unhemmed bottom etc. So many choices. I had planned to put patches on them but then stumbled on a whole load of these shorts with a pattern on one side and this cute floral pattern seemed like a cute fabric to do this with them instead. Super easy and probably very DIY looking. (I also dyed them because they were faded a colour I didn’t really like. It was a patchy dye job though :/ )
some Polycotton I think
