I am the pink dress, second from right in the first, and crouched in the front in the second.
Neither are very flattering face shots, but hey, it’s about the dress:)
So this is a McCall’s dress, one of the ones designed by Miss Duff. I actually quite like the range she designed and thus decided to use one of the patterns for my spring semi-formal/school Oscars dress.
It took me only a few hours. I shortened it because the original pattern fell at a strange spot on my legs (because of my bust size I had to alter a few measurements.) I think I shortened it a bit too much, but it’s fine with leggings, or for just around the house. Or I just wear very full panties =P
It is also a bit low, it has a verrrrry deep v, so for everyday wear and at school I wore a tank top underneath, but when I wore it for the actual event it revealed quite a bit of skin. I was slightly self-conscious dancing… but whatever, you only live one =P
