My first pair of shorts, I’ve always wanted a pair of high waisted shorts, but have never found a cheap pair in the shops, so I decided to make some! It’s took me some time to work out how to make them!
I used the Ruby shorts pattern & extended the top of them to make them high waisted. I also got inspiration from another project on this website, where I figured out how to make the flap to make them like sailor shorts. I used press studs to attach the flap and attached buttons on the outside.
