I made this skirt using a light denim with a little stretch, and a floral cotton for the inside waistband. The pattern instructions regarding the zip were a little confusing so I followed a technique I’d used on a previous pattern instead.
I’m quite pleased with how it turned out and didn’t need to do any size alterations. However, I wish my finish on the zip/waistband closure were better and that my turned out corners were sharper. If anyone has any tips on improving these areas I’d love to hear them!!
And as always as long as you don’t look inside or too closely and my top stitching I think it looks alright.
