I know I haven’t been posting for a while…plenty of explanations for, most of them not very good and lack of creations certainly hasn’t been one of them! I’ll try to make up for lost time. One of the reasons I couldn’t post anything was trousers. It’s OK to take pictures of tops or skirts on the dummy when you’re the only one home, but I really need some help with trousers! Well here’s the first pair. The pictures aren’t that great, but I’m quite happy with these. They’re high waisted trousers in black jeans with topstitching (and flat felled seams) in black and white jeans thread. They’ve got a fly front, bound pockets at the front and patch pockets at the back. The legs flare out from the knee (I hadn’t quite anticipated just how 70’d that shape would turn out, but I like it anyway)
jeans, topstitching thread, metal zipper
