My first ever project, which i ofcourse made in school for gcse work, the material was 100% cotton in navy blue, the yoke was the hardest bit about this because i had to hand sew along the botton and it was really difficult to make sure it was not seen, the material is really thin and frays very easily , i should have chosen better but because it was my first project i chose to choose a cheap fabric rather than ruining a expensive one (: i used a normal pattern from a skirt which i had got in school but i completely hated it so i changed it completely and ended up just making my own pattern (: I added 2 pleats at the top and bottom on the back and front and the braces/suspenders can be bought from ‘claires accesories’
fabric: 100% cotton in navy blue, red buttons, red ribbon and 7cm navy blue zip
